CNC Gasket Cutting Machine
Computer-controlled flat gasket cutting for precise OD/ID dimensions across PTFE, CNAF, rubber, and graphite sheet materials.
Hydraulic Press
High-tonnage hydraulic press for compression moulding of PTFE envelopes and rubber gaskets to exact thickness and density specifications.
Quality Control Laboratory
In-house QC lab with hardness testers, thickness gauges, tensile testing apparatus, and chemical resistance chambers for batch certification.
Raw Material Storage

Spiral Wound Winding Machine
Dedicated winding machine for producing spiral wound gaskets with SS 304 / SS 316 / Inconel winding strips and flexible graphite or PTFE filler.
