A soft filler material (graphite, asbestos-free fibre, or PTFE) enclosed within a formed metal jacket of stainless steel 304, 316, carbon steel, or copper. The metal jacket provides mechanical protection and resists blowout under high differential pressure while the filler ensures conformability to flange surfaces. Ideal for steam turbines, heat exchangers, and applications where raised face flanges show signs of surface damage.

A precision-machined solid metal core with concentric grooves (serrations) on both sealing faces, overlaid with a thin layer of flexible graphite or PTFE. The serrated core provides controlled seating stress concentration at each groove, delivering reliable sealing at lower bolt loads compared to solid metal ring gaskets. Widely specified in petrochemical and refinery applications where flange integrity must be maintained through repeated thermal cycling.

Produced from a biaxially-expanded polytetrafluoroethylene structure, ePTFE gaskets offer dramatically improved creep resistance compared to virgin PTFE, making them the preferred choice for Class 150 and 300 flanges in chemical service. The expanded microstructure accommodates rough flange surfaces and glass-lined flange faces without requiring high bolt loads. Available as full-face or ring gaskets to ASME B16.21 dimensions, as well as in tape form for custom joint sealing.

Manufactured from corrugated metal sheet (SS 304, SS 316, or Inconel) with optional soft overlay (graphite or PTFE), corrugated metal gaskets provide high blowout resistance and reliable sealing in high-pressure, high-temperature service. The corrugated profile creates multiple sealing lines across the flange face, distributing bolt load more evenly than flat metal gaskets. Available with or without inner and outer guide rings.

Used in heat exchangers with split ring (girth) flanges, IBC gaskets are designed to seal between the shell and channel flanges at the inner bolt circle. Produced to TEMA standards and individual equipment drawings. Available in any sheet gasket material (CNAF, graphite, rubber, PTFE) and in metal jacketed construction for high-temperature service. Custom OD and ID tolerances maintained to ±0.25 mm.

A broad category covering shell cover gaskets, floating head cover gaskets, channel cover gaskets, and pass partition gaskets in both shell-and-tube and plate heat exchangers. We produce these in compressed fibre (CNAF), rubber, graphite, PTFE, and metal jacketed construction. Drawing submission is preferred for accurate sizing; alternatively, we match from TEMA tables given shell ID and pressure class.

Large-bore flat gaskets for pressure vessel manholes, storage tank access covers, and reactor inspection openings. Available in rubber (natural, EPDM, Nitrile, Neoprene), CNAF, flexible graphite, and PTFE for diameters from 400 mm to 1500 mm. Custom shapes including elliptical, oval, and rectangular are cut from drawings without additional tooling charges.

Any gasket profile — annular, full-face, tongue-and-groove, male-female, or completely irregular — cut from any sheet material in our stock. No minimum order quantity. We cut from customer drawings (PDF, DXF, or dimensioned sketches), from physical samples, or to standard ASME, DIN, or BS flange tables. Typical lead time for non-standard profiles is 24–48 hours.

Rubber-metal bonded gaskets designed to dampen mechanical vibration transmitted through flanged connections on pumps, compressors, blowers, and rotating equipment. The rubber layer absorbs vibrational energy while the bonded metal plate provides structural rigidity and maintains dimensional stability under bolt loading. Available in Nitrile, EPDM, and Neoprene compounds depending on the service fluid and temperature.

Spiral wound gaskets manufactured under API 6A monogram authorisation for wellhead, Christmas tree, and high-pressure flange connections in upstream oil and gas. These gaskets carry individual batch traceability, dimensional certification to API 6A Annex F, and full material test reports. Available in SS 316, Inconel 625, and Hastelloy C-276 winding strips with flexible graphite filler for Class 900 through 2500 service.
